Roswell Conspiracy Uncovered
The Roswell incident has been in the back of America’s mind for
decades. Everyone is curious as to what really happened and if it is true. It
all started on July 3, 1947 when a business owner by the name of Dan Wilmot,
seen an unidentified flying object, that came from the south east and
disappeared into the Northwest. He described the object to be moving extremely
fast and about twenty to twenty-five feet across. Then a rancher by the name of
Mac Brazel went to check on his sheep after a night of powerful thunderstorms,
Brazel stumbled across some very unusual debris. He then proceeded to show the
pieces of debris to his family and friends. After an unknown period of having
the debris on his property Brazel finally contacted the Chaves County Sheriff
George Wilcox. Wilcox thought that
the wreckage could be remains from a government procedure so he contacted the
Roswell Army Air Field for help in the matter. Major Jesse Marcel the
intelligence officer at the 509th bomb group issued a press release
stating that a flying disk was recovered and when further questioning ensued he
told reporters that the wreckage was moved on to higher headquarters. The second
press release was issued from the office of General Roger Ramey, Commander of
the Eighth Air Force at Ft. Worth Army Air Field in Ft. Worth, Texas within
hours of the first press release. The second press release basically stated that
the first press release and claimed that officers of the 509th Bomb Group had
incorrectly identified a weather balloon and its radar reflector as a crashed
disk. As time progressed The Ballard Funeral Home in Roswell had a contract to
provide ambulance and mortuary services for Roswell Army Air Field. Glenn
Dennis, a young Mortician who worked for Ballard Funeral Homes, received phone
calls from the Mortuary Officer at the air field prior to learning of the
recovery of the wreckage. The article states that “Glenn Dennis was asked about
the availability of small hermetically sealed caskets and for his
recommendations on the preservation of bodies that had been exposed to the
elements for several days” (Listed 6). This piqued his interest and inspired him
to have lunch with one of the nurses that was on the case to figure out what was
going in the Roswell case. The nurse stated that they were autopsying “Several
small non-human bodies” (Listed 6). The nurse reportedly made several drawings
of the bodies on napkins at the diner, and within the next few days she was
transferred to New England, and Glenn Dennis could learn no more about the
existence of the alien bodies. Meanwhile Brazel is being harassed for more
details on the case by reporters and friends family and neighbors alike. As time
went on the eye witness reports and documentation of the sighting of this
particular UFO seemed to go missing or were transferred. Paragraph 9 states that
“In 1979 Jesse Marcel was interviewed regarding his role in the recovery of the
wreckage. Jesse Marcel stated, "... it would not burn ... that stuff weighs
nothing, it's so thin, and it isn't any thicker than the tinfoil in a pack of
cigarettes. It wouldn't bend. We even tried making a dent in it with a 16 pound
sledge hammer. And there was still no dent in it." Officers who had been
stationed at Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio (where the wreckage was taken) at the
time of the incident have supported Jesse Marcel's claims.”
Now no one knows where to find these interviews, articles, or newspaper
reports. There is no telling what the government has covered up to maintain
their secrecy. This is obviously a deliberate cover-up of something much bigger
than us.
When the debris was found the first report that came out was
Jesse Marcel’s the intelligence officer at the 509th bomb group issued a press
release stating that a flying disk was recovered and when further questioning
ensued he told reporters that the wreckage was moved on to higher headquarters.
Then another report exclaimed that this was untrue and that Marcel an
intelligence officer had incorrectly identified a weather balloon. This screams
cover-up. How would an intelligence officer make such an uninformed, novice
level mistake?
This is how Project Mogul comes into play; Project Mogul was a
government funded mission where scientists flew weather balloons. “Recent
research indicates that the debris recovered from the ranch on July 7, 1947, was
a weather balloon, but it was not being used strictly for weather purposes; its
real purpose was to carry classified payloads for a Top Secret US Army Air
Forces project. The project's classified code name was MOGUL” (McAndrew 3).
This goes to show you that even
without prompting our government will fabricate any story to us just to protect
their own hide, which is why I know that the Roswell cover up exists and
happened right in front of our faces. Later on in the story “Brig Gen Roger
Ramey, Eighth Air Force Commander, ordered that the debris be flown to Eighth
Air Force Headquarters at Fort Worth AAF, TX, for his personal inspection. Upon
viewing the debris, he and his staff recognized parts which looked similar to a
weather balloon. He then summoned the base weather officer, who identified the
debris as the remnants of a weather balloon and its attached metallic radar
target. (3) General Ramey then invited the local press to view and take
photographs of the materials and he declared the episode to be a
misunderstanding” (McAndrew 1). This also screams that something is trying to be
masked, the debris could have been faked, and it would not have been that hard
considering that the only ones who really know what it looks are all the way in
Roswell, New Mexico.
When you sit down and examine the evidence, the government has
no evidence in their favor. Everything that they have done is basically labeled
cover-up. For example when Marcel stated the nature of the nature of the debris
shows that something like this is out of human capabilities, it would not burn
bend or otherwise be damaged under pressure, and others agreed with him. Think
about a reflector on a weather balloon below is an
image.
This looks flimsy and extremely easy to break, they do not all
look like this but it is the general structure. This makes Project Mogul look
like even more of a cover-up just because of the nature of the debris of a
weather balloon compared to the descriptions of what was found at the scene on
Brazel’s farm.
Last but not least the government tried so very hard to cover up the
autopsy of aliens also. The evidence points to a cover-up. A nurse witnesses or
participates in the autopsy of “small non-human” bodies. When prompted by the
young mortician Dennis, she creates several drawings on a diner napkin. Then
coincidentally she is whisked away to New England? That sounds highly unlikely
to me. The government moved her because she spoke to someone that would
compromise the secrecy of their case. Another tip off that this is a cover-up,
and that more happened in Roswell than they are telling us is, when Roswell
Army Air Field, asked Dennis if he had caskets that could hold bodies that had
been exposed to the elements for a few days, assuming that this is a weather
balloon and not a flying saucer and that the bodies are humans not aliens still
seems a little unreal. What were humans doing on a weather balloon? The only
explanation is they were not human, not human deaths were given to the public.
When Project Mogul was let out they said something along the lines of dummies
being used to show what may happen to human bodies in certain weather
phenomena. In the case that they were not human or alien but dummies, why would
you need caskets to hold bodies that were exposed to the elements for a few
days?
Roswell is a cover-up, created solely so that the government can keep
their secrecy maybe they are trying to cover up what happened in Roswell to
protect us, but that is something else I highly doubt, from this essay and the
research I have identified the government as a self-serving agency that will
cover-up anything or hide anything, including the discovery of something as
amazing as life besides our own. With This being said my view of the government
completely changes. For being an organization created for the people they sure
do not act like they care as long as they proceed to keep doing whatever it is
that they are doing behind closed doors and turned backs, and we cannot trust
them to disclose the correct information to us, and Roswell was the biggest
misuse of government authority to hide information from the
public.
